FieldCrew Digital ("we," "us," or "our") is a US-based digital marketing consultancy that manages Google Ads campaigns on behalf of small business clients in the trade and home services industry. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in the course of operating our business and providing services to our clients.
From visitors to fieldcrewdigital.com. Our website is a brochure site. We do not collect personal information from visitors. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, cookies (beyond strictly necessary technical cookies set by our hosting provider), or advertising trackers on this site.
From prospective clients who contact us. When someone reaches out via email (info@fieldcrewdigital.com), we receive whatever information they choose to share in their message, typically their name, email address, business name, and a description of what they are looking for.
From clients whose Google Ads accounts we manage. Once a client has formally engaged us and linked their Google Ads account to our manager account, we access campaign performance data and account configuration data through the official Google Ads API. This data belongs to the client and is governed by the client's own agreements with Google.
We do not use client data for any purpose other than serving that specific client.
FieldCrew Digital's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically: data accessed through the Google Ads API is used solely for the internal purpose of managing the linked client account on behalf of that client. We do not display Google Ads data publicly, transfer it to third parties, sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train machine learning models.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information or client data with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
We retain client campaign data only for as long as the client is actively engaged with us, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and tax purposes. Prospective client inquiries are retained in our email until no longer relevant. We do not maintain databases of client or prospect data outside of email and our local optimization workspace.
API credentials (OAuth client secrets, refresh tokens, and developer tokens) are stored in local configuration files on the agency principal's workstation, with file system permissions restricted to the principal's user account. Credentials are not committed to source control or shared.
If you are a client or prospective client and would like to request information about what data we hold about you, request correction of that data, or request deletion of that data, contact us at info@fieldcrewdigital.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
